Flexible space.
A fresh new look.
THE 555 is a roughly 15,000 square foot, two-story property on the US 50 / Eads Parkway corridor in Greendale, and it is in the middle of a substantial interior and exterior transformation.
Available spaces sit at different stages of that work, which is good news if you are shopping. Some suites are existing professional build-outs getting new carpet and paint. Others are vanilla shell with room to configure the layout around how your business actually runs. Upstairs, there is also a multi-office suite with its own hallway and a kitchenette and conference room.
Signing during renovation means you get a say in your space and you open in a building that looks nothing like it did a year ago. Three suites are already leased with the work still underway, including the full 2,700 SF first-floor suite. Plenty is still open on both floors.
What’s open
Three suites are leased and shown here so you can see how the building is filling. Sizes are approximate.
Six private offices, built-in reception and waiting area, a large conference and lunch room, and two restrooms. The largest single suite in the building.
Open footprint with a private restroom already constructed. The blank-canvas option on the first floor, with an opportunity to configure the suite around your specific business needs.
Six offices, a 21′ x 25′ conference room, reception desk and waiting area, private restroom, janitor closet and two storage closets. New carpet and paint planned.
The largest single opportunity upstairs. The space can potentially be reconfigured or divided to suit a range of layouts and business uses.
Two private offices and a kitchenette. An efficient fit for a small professional or service business that needs a real front door without a lot of overhead.
Multiple private offices along a dedicated hallway, with a combined kitchenette and conference room. Leased as a single suite and adaptable to a range of uses, from a professional practice to a growing team that wants everyone behind their own door.
Three offices, a large conference room, reception area, kitchen area, private restroom and three storage areas. One storage area could potentially be converted into an additional office.
Ample on-site parking. Lease rates, lease structure and any tenant improvements are discussed directly with ownership. Ask about a specific suite.
